Well done Sue, slow is supposed to be good. I've lost 11 lb so far, and it is also coming off slowly.
Well done Sue!! That's great news, you should be so proud!

Congratulations Sue! They say it is best to aim for 1lb a week, as anymore and it is easier to put it back on. Well done. Sally x
Woo hoo a stone! Well done Sue.
The soup looks really tasty, will have to try it.

You are doing great, well done!!!! Just wondered why you don't count half pounds? To lose a pound of fat you have to use 3500 more calories than you have taken in, so to lose half a pound means you have used 1750 calories more than you took in which is great!! I always remember my WW leader having a half pound of fat in a vaccuum pack that she got from the butchers........I bet if you could see that you count every half pound, it was huge!! Very motivating for the weeks where you lose half a pound thats for sure :o)
Good luck with the rest of your weight loss journey

Well done. This is a great achievment. I haven't been doing very well as lost 6lb then started putting it back on but now am back to my loss of 6lb and hope I can keep losing it ready for my Spanish holiday in September!
Keep up your good work.

how's it going Suzanne? I've gone back to my WW cook books but can't afford to go to the meetings. the doc has given me some tablets to help, but although I did quite well the first week, since then I've gained and lost the same 2lbs over and over! hugs, annie x
Hello!
What's really been helping you the most with your weight loss?
I'm thinking of joining Weight Watchers again. I've been able to lose weight in the past, but keeping it off has been hard and now I'm about as heavy as I've ever been.
I appreciate your site. If you get a chance, stop by my Web site at www.realspiritualspinach.com
No calories there!

Hi Suzanne, I too am a Weight Watcher. Next Monday will be my one year anniversary. I started at 203 pounds and now I'm down to 150.2 pounds. It will be so good to be in the 140's and all I need for that is 3 tenth of a pound. I have not been in the 140's for 9 years. I am sorry but I do not know how stones convert to pounds, but I'm so glad you are doing so well. I plan on having my husband take some one year photos and I'll be posting them on my blog at http://crafty-home-cottage.blogspot.com
come visit, I would love it if you decide to follow. P.S. My husband and I have found a great website for weight watch recipes, and points. it is www.laaloosh.com you might enjoy checking it out. Hang in there, Weight Watches is the best! your blogging friend, Connie
